Estimating the expression conservation rate (γ) of co-modules. For every co-module we calculated the following numbers: n_og - number of orthologous groups, $n_{fa{m}_h}$ - number of all human gene families, $n_{fa{m}_m}$ - number of all mouse gene families, and γ - the expression conservation rate. Here, n_og = 2, $n_{fa{m}_h}=4$, $n_{fa{m}_m}=3$, $\gamma =n_{og}/min\left(n_{fa{m}_h},n_{fa{m}_m}\right)=2/3$.
