Klk6 protein levels are up‐regulated in the TMEV‐infected spinal cord. A. Western blot shows Klk6 protein in the spinal cord of uninfected mice at 21, 60, 90 or 180 days post‐TMEV infection. B. Protein levels were quantified by assessment of relative optical density and normalized to GAPDH levels to control for loading and expressed as a percent control. Relative to uninfected spinal cord, Klk6 protein levels reached a peak at 90 days postinfection (*Student's t‐test, P < 0.003 relative to control, n = 3 per time point).
