B) PBC (100 μM) inhibited ATP release (∼40%; P<0.01); greater concentrations had no additional effect. C) BFA had no effect on ATP release. In all experiments, CFs were incubated with vehicle (veh), CBX, PBC, or BFA for 30 min followed by 5 min stimulation with hypotonic medium.
