A 61-year old male patient presenting within 60 min of symptom onset. (A) Unenhanced CT demonstrates acute putamen hemorrhage. (B) CT angiography demonstrates a Spot Sign with contrast extravasation. The contrast density was not continuous with the lenticulostriate vessels seen displaced posteromedial to the hematoma. (C) Post-contrast CT demonstrates contrast accumulation posteriorly within the hematoma consistent with extravasation.
