MMP-9 inhibition abrogates ALOX5 induced invasion in BCPAP cells. For each condition, 25,000 cells were plated in quadruplicate on ECM coated (invasion) or non-coated Boyden chambers. Cell were allowed to invade and migrate towards 5% FBS supplemented RPMI for 22 hours followed by quantification.
