Hydrophobic (non-polar, uncharged)	Alanine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan, Tyrosine and Valine.
Polar (uncharged)	Serine, Threonine, Asparagine and Glutamine.
Aromatic	Tryptophan, Phenylalanine and Tyrosine.
Basic (positively charged)	Lysine, Arginine and Histidine.
Acidic (negatively charged)	Aspartic and Glutamic acid.
Special cases	Cysteine, Proline and Glycine.
