Effect of anti-Dsg-3 autoantibodies on expression of cytokines and uPAR in keratinocytes. Total RNA was extracted from the keratinocytes stimulated with anti-Dsg-3 autoantibodies isolated from PV patients at the active stage (lane a), in remission (lane b) and healthy relatives (lane c), analysed by RT PCR using relevant primers.
