Pix family of proteins. Domain structure is depicted. CH, calponin homology/actin binding domain; SH3, SRC Homology 3 domain; DH, DBL homology domain; PH, Pleckstrin homology. The SH3 domain of β1Pix is located between aminoacids (aa) 1 and 65, DBL homology domain between aa 101 and 279 and so on. The numbers in the circles represent the percentage similarity between the domains of two isoforms (Koh et al., 2001). The numbers at the C-terminus corresponds to total number of aa in the corresponding member of the family.
