Plaque reduction of K. gracilis leaf extract. RD cells were infected with EV71 or CVA16 at a titer of 100 pfu and simultaneously treated with K. gracilis leaf extract at concentrations of 0, 10, 50, and 100 μg/mL. After 1 h incubation, RD cells were covered with agarose overlay medium and incubated for 2 days at 37°C in a CO₂ incubator. Finally, the cells were stained with 0.1% crystal violet. *P value < 0.05; **P value < 0.01; ***P value < 0.001 by Scheffe test.
