After transfection of K562 cells with siRNA cells were synchronized to allow for determination of cell cycle as detailed in materials and methods. Shown are the percentages of cells in G₁ or G₂ (means ± SD for 4 experiments) for either mock-transfected cells or cells transfected with siPAP7-3, -8, or -10.
