K9-BK and K10-KD stimulate a kB2R- and kB1R-dependent increase in [Ca2+]i in primary bovine endothelial cells. BPAEC were pre-treated with vehicle (Control) or 10 μM DALKD (kB1R antagonist), 10 μM HOE 140 (kB2R antagonist) or both for 10 min. The increase in [Ca2+]i was measured after addition of 1 μM K10-KD (A) or K9-BK (B). The results are representative of three experiments.
