Fresh primary mouse hepatocytes were treated with HGF for 18h in William’s E Medium with 5% FBS. (A) Hepcidin mRNA was dose-dependently suppressed by HGF. * p<0.05 by one-way ANOVA on ranks as compared to untreated control.
