A. The sum of z-scores for RASSF1A, RARβ2 and CDH13 were significantly higher in AA patients (p = 0.035; Mann-Whitney; n = 65). B. Patients with high values for the sum of Z scores demonstrated poor outcome (p = 0.085; log rank test; n = 65, adjusted for age at diagnosis, and ER status). Hazard ratio was 2.20 with the 95% confidence interval of 0.90 to 5.42, adjusted for age at diagnosis and ER status. The median of the sum of z-scores for all cases was used as the cutoff.
