Effects of exogenous H₂O₂ on CYP11B2 activity and mRNA expression and Nurr1 expression in H295R cells. Cells were treated with H₂O₂ in the absence and presence of H₂O₂ scavenger (PEG-Cat, 350 U/ml) for 6 h at 37°C. Cells not treated with H₂O₂ served as CON.
