Eps8 and FAK form a complex in RAW264.7 cells. A, RAW264.7-derived Ctrl and siEps8–503 cells were treated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 0 or 24 h. Equal amounts (2.5 mg) of lysates prepared from these cells were immunoprecipitated with antibody against Eps8 (left) or FAK (middle). The lysates (Input) and the Eps8 or FAK immunocomplex from each sample were resolved by SDS-PAGE and Western immunoblotting with antibodies as indicated.
