Sp-D binding co-localizes with SIRPα expression on neutrophil-like cells. Two cell lines tested in this study, HL60 and PLB985, exhibited similar results (PLB985 staining results shown). Cells were stained as indicated in Fig. 5A. A, Sp-D binding is significantly increased on differentiated neutrophil-like cells versus nondifferentiated cells.
