Assigned 600 MHz 1H,15N HSQC spectrum of sRbx112–108. A sample of sRbx112–108 (0.7 mm) was prepared in 20 mm Na2HPO4, 100 mm NaCl, 1 mm DTT, 10% D2O/90% H2O, and pH 7.5, and data were collected at 25 °C on a Varian Inova NMR spectrometer. The amide resonances were assigned using standard triple resonance experiments outlined under “Experimental Procedures.” The spectrum is labeled using the one-letter amino acid code and residue number according to the human Rbx1/ROC1 sequence.
