Adult offspring of the vehicle or BPA treated dams were infected with influenza A virus (HKx31) and lung tissues were harvested 0 (uninfected), 3, 7 or 10 days after infection. The levels of expression for the indicated genes were determined using qRT-PCR and normalized to the expression of gene for a ribosomal protein L13. The bar graphs depict the mean fold increase in the level of gene expression on different days following infection, relative to the level in uninfected animals from the same treatment group. BPA exposure did not affect the expression of any of these genes in naïve mice (not shown). Data represent mean ± SEM (n≥5/group); *p≤0.05.
