(A) Tumors in the cerebrum had a higher rate of BRAF V600E mutation than those in the cerebellum (*P < .05) or midline, aka DMBS. While there was a trend toward worse PFS in cerebellar tumors with BRAF V600E (B), BRAF V600E did not significantly stratify PFS or OS in any of the other tumor subgroups (C–F).
