Specific SavQdot-IDT444 labeling of DAT stably expressed in Flp-In-293 cells. Representative flow cytometry histograms and confocal images are shown for DAT-expressing cells (A1–A3), DAT-expressing cells pretreated with 1 μM GBR12909 (B1–B3), and DAT-expressing cells incubated with SavQdot only (C1–C3). All samples were incubated with 100 nM solution of IDT444 in PBS for 5 min at 37 °C and subsequently exposed to 1 nM SavQdot in PBS for 5 min at 4 °C.
