K_D values derived from 12–25 individual experiments each done in triplicate were determined on membrane preparations of transiently transfected HEK293 cells using the radioloigand [³H]7-OH-DPAT.

Experiments were performed in the presence of 10 μM neurotensin.

Significances were calculated in an unpaired t test compared to control * p < 0.001.
