The enzyme activity on suc-AAPK-pNA and azocasein was measured at 90°C and 95°C, respectively. The relative activity values were calculated based on the measured activity in the absence of denaturing regent (defined as 100%). The values are expressed as means of the results of three independent experiments, and standard deviations were less than 10% of the means.
