A–D: ELISA for binding of plasma IgG and IgM to P1 and P2 in patients
that underwent PCI. Sequential plasma samples were obtained following PCI
(32). Samples were diluted 1:400
and binding of IgM (A, B) and IgG (C, D) to coated P1 (10 μg/ml; A, C) and
P2 (5 μg/ml; B, D) was determined by chemiluminescent ELISA. Shown are
relative mean percent changes in Ab binding compared with values obtained at
