Sequential plasma samples were obtained following PCI (32). Samples were diluted 1:400 and binding of IgM (A, B) and IgG (C, D) to coated P1 (10 μg/ml; A, C) and P2 (5 μg/ml; B, D) was determined by chemiluminescent ELISA.
