Yeast strains containing vector (pRS426) or pIMD2-S288C were grown to saturation and diluted to an A600 of 0.01. Ten μl of this and 10-fold serial dilutions thereof were spotted onto SCura− medium lacking or containing 15 μg/ml (rpb9 and rpb1-221 plates) or 30 μg/ml mycophenolic acid.
