Inhibition of γ-secretase by DAPT decreases cleaved Notch1 and downstream transcription factors and increases expression of the downstream Hath1 and CDX2. OE33 and OE19 were exposed to the γ-secretase inhibitor DAPT (20μM) for 24h.
