(A) Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of REST mRNA level, relative to GAPDH, in different human GB lines grown as monolayer cultures or floating neurospheres compared to pooled non pathologic human cerebral cortex tissues (CTX) and to normal fetal-derived human Neural Stem Cells (NSCs). Data were analyzed with Student’s t- test. Results are relative to three independent experiments. Data are means ± s.d.
