Global fits (mesh) of thermal and chemical denaturation data for wild type (D) and DRNN (E) obtained by fitting the data to the Gibbs-Helmholtz equation. All experiments were carried out at 10-20 μM protein concentration in 50 μM sodium phosphate at pH 7.4 and 20°C .
