Effect of chronic treatment with sertraline or exercise on the FST. Using the FST we found that control female HD mice exhibited augmented immobility time when compared with WT animals. This despair-like behaviour displayed by HD mice was prevented by (A) chronic treatment with sertraline at the high dose of 20 mg·kg⁻¹ and (B) RW.
