CT26 cells were cultured as described in Materials and Methods, and incubated with either vehicle (control) or L-4F at a concentration of 10μg/mL. (A) Cells were assayed for viability using the MTS assay kit. P < 0.001. (B) BrdU incorporation was analyzed as described under Materials and Methods. P < 0.001. (C) Quantitative analysis of cells in different phases in cell cycle. Data are represented as the mean ± SD of the percent of control cells. (D) The expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin A. All experiments were performed in triplicate and each assay was carried out in quadruplicates.
