After a 30-min baseline measurement, the association reaction was monitored for 60 min (probe solution flowed starting at t=0 min) and the dissociation reaction was monitored for 90 min (buffer solution flowed starting at t=60 min). (b) Anti-biotin IgG binding curve sets (33 nM, 100 nM, and 300 nM) were acquired separately with fresh microarrays.
