Mice (n = 20/group) were inoculated i.n with 10⁴ PFU for V_K627 (▪), rV_K627E (□), Ts_E627 (▾), and rTs_E627K (∇). The weight from eight mice per group was monitored daily (A). Lungs from three mice per group per time point were harvested for virus titration at indicated days p.i. (B). Virus titers were given in units of log₁₀PFU per ml.
