Storage modules G' and loss modules G" were determined from hydrogels produced immediately after preparing the gel components (0 h), and after storing the liquid gel components for 24 h or 72 h at 4°C. Mean value comparison using ANOVA showed no difference of storage modules between measurements # 1 - 3 and no difference of loss modules between measurements # 4 - 6 (P < 0.05)
