Male Adi-PFKFB3TG (Tg) mice and wild-type (WT) littermates, at 5–6 weeks of age, were fed an HFD or LFD for 12 weeks. After the feeding regimen, mice were fasted for 4 h before collection of blood samples. Data are means ± S.E., n = 6–10.
