Annihilation reaction of 10,000 particles that react upon collision. Shown are the results of simulations for three different time steps for the traditional BD method and our RBM method. The analytical solution for the annihilation reaction is also shown. The tests are performed with the following parameters: 105 particles with radius 1 nm, are placed into a cubic box and periodic boundary conditions are imposed. The particles diffuse at a rate of 1.0 nm2/ns.
