Table 3. Selection Criteria for Historical Controls.

  • First allogeneic transplant in 1997-2003

  • Age 18-60 years old

  • Disease: ALL, AML, CML, CLL, MDS, NHL and HD

  • HLA-id sib, 1-antigen mm related or matched unrelated donor

  • Bone marrow or peripheral blood graft

  • Conditioning:
    • -
      TBI – 10.0-14.4 Gy
    • -
      CY - 110-140 mg/kg
  • GVHD prophylaxis: MTX + CsA alone

  • Patient weight ≥ 40 kg at transplant

  • Platelets ≥ 20,000

  • No infection pretransplant

  • Karnofsky ≥70%

  • No clinically significant organ impairment
