Luciferase assay: All MTS-EGFP-p53 and MTS-EGFP-p53 NLS mutation constructs were tested for their ability to activate a p53 reporter in A) T47D cells and B) MCF-7 cells. EGFP-p53 serves as a positive control and EGFP as a negative control. All constructs were corrected to EGFP-p53 control, which is set at 100%.
