Income is the monthly household income per family member used by the Euro 200 program (normalized to be 0 at the 62.58 RON cutoff in regressions and graphs). Used Voucher indicates vouchers that were cashed according to records by the Ministry of Education. Gender, age, ethnicity and education of the head of household represent the main household demographic covariates. "Have a Computer" indicates whether households had a computer in the home.
