Information technology: 12-month access to an interactive voice response (IVR) mediated system, which was designed to assist CG managing persons with disruptive behaviours related to AD

Participants chose the type of component, freq, duration and timing
Bothersome nature of CR disruptive behaviours

Mediating effect of CG mastery was also examined

At 18 months:

No significant main effect of the intervention in reducing bother scores, depression scores, or state anxiety.
