Mice were immunized with PS4-BMDC either IP or IFP. Five days and three weeks after immunization, the mice were bled, and serum samples were tested for the presence of anti-PS4 IgM and IgG Abs by ELISA. p<0.05 tested by Wilcoxon non-parametric test (n = 10–25).
