Nude mice were subcutaneously injected with AsPC-1 cell (0.75×10⁶) and treated with Gem, Bev, Su and EMAP, either alone or in combination, for 2 weeks. Tumor growth was measured 2 times a week using calipers, and net tumor growth was calculated by subtracting tumor volume on the first treatment day from that on the final day. Data are representative of mean values from 6–8 mice per group.
