Steady-state properties of S742E and S747E mutant CLH-3b channels expressed with functional or kinase dead (KD) GCK-3. GCK-3-mediated phosphorylation of S742 and S747 hyperpolarizes CLH-3b activation voltage, slows hyperpolarization-induced current activation, and decreases whole cell current amplitude at hyperpolarized voltages (11).
