After 24 h adherence, the cells (1×10⁴ cells/well in 96-well plate or 1 ×10⁴ cells in 3.5 cm dish) were treated with various concentrations of NSC48693 as indicated for 48 h. Then, the growth inhibition was assessed by MTT method (A) and anchorage independent growth assays (B), respectively. Each value represents mean ± SD in three independent experiments.
