Immunofluorescence staining in serial sections for the IgG subtypes in the post-treatment biopsy of patient DDD1 shown for glomeruli (×600; column 1) and tubules (×400; column 2) reveals positivity for IgG2 and IgG4, with negativity for IgG1 and IgG3 in the distribution of the IgG-κ deposits.
