Ubiquinone (5 mM) and simvastatin (240 µM) administered to Drosophila in their food alone or together decreased the endogenous levels of CoQ10 as measured by LC-MS/MS. Two asterisks indicate the differences were highly significant (P≤0.01) and three indicate that the differences were very highly significant (P≤0.001).
