Shoulder dystocia, rotational instrumental delivery, third degree tear, or postpartum haemorrhage.
Blood pressure > 140/90 mm Hg on at least two occasions and proteinuria >0.3 g in 24 hours.
Intrauterine growth restriction—abdominal circumference <10th centile for gestation on scan.
