The effects of capsaicin on cell cycle proteins. FaDu cells were treated with 200 µM capsaicin for 24 h. Capsaicin was found to affect the protein expression of cdk-1, cdk-2, cdk-4, cyclin B1 and cyclin D1. The bar graphs represent arbitrary units of relative expression normalized to beta actin.
