Light brown indicates 13 countries (Mauritania, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Niger, Chad, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Botswana) in which dengue has not been reported but that have Ae. aegypti mosquitoes. White indicates 5 countries (Western Sahara, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya) for which data for dengue and Ae. aegypti mosquitoes are not available.
