Guinea pig sequences are represented by red branches, other species sequences are represented by black branches. Three V_H families of guinea pig were clustered respectively with other mammalian V_H families, and the V_H families of guinea pig belong to ClanII and ClanIII. The V_H3 family could be divided into two subfamilies.
