Brain-to-plasma ratios of vemurafenib after an oral dose of 25 mg/kg in FVB wild-type, Mdr1a/b(−/−), Bcrp1(−/−), and Mdr1a/b(−/−) Bcrp1(−/−) mice. The mice were sacrificed after 1 h (A) and 4 h (B) postdose of vemurafenib, and whole brain and plasma were analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
