Effect of mPEG₂₀₀₀-DSPE [N-(carbonyl-methoxypolyethylene-glycol-2000)-1, 2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine] content in solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) on the induction of accelerated blood clearance phenomenon in beagles. The beagles were first administered SLNs containing (A) 5, (B) 10, and (C) 20 mol% mPEG₂₀₀₀-DSPE, at a dose of 2 μmol phospholipids · kg⁻¹. Seven days after the first injection, the beagles were given the second injection at the same dose.
